A few of my friends had seen and admired some of my other work, which resulted in me creating a stylised cartoon picture of their band ‘Atmosfear’.
After posting their image on ‘Facebook’ another of my friends, Sam James requested an album cover for his CD ‘The White Room’, in the same style of cartoon. Using my image for the album cover, he has gone on to release it on both ‘Amazon.co.uk’ as well as ‘iTunes’.
The first two images are the original pictures, followed by the finalised CD cover.
Being a guitarist myself, I decided to create a virtual musician, with inspiration from ‘The Gorrilaz’. Here is the final product I have created. I am currently making a cartoon music video with use of this character, to the song ‘Otherside’, by The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
